On July 26, “Penghua Shenzhen Energy REIT”, the first infrastructure REITs in the clean energy field in China, was successfully listed on SZSE. It’s an embodiment of SZSE’s implementation of the “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the requirements of the 14th Five-year Plan. It is also a pragmatic measure of SZSE to give full play to the function of publicly offered REITs securitization, promote positive circulation of existing assets and new investments in the clean energy field, and support economic and social transformation and development.

The 14th Five-Year Plan can be summarized as "one project, seven systems", providing "five public cultural services" for the masses.

According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the draft outline of the long-term goals for 2035, a new generation of artificial intelligence, quantum information, integrated circuits, education, elderly care and other industries have been "on the list", and they will be among the key industries that will be paid attention to in the next five years.

China will promote the structural adjustment of State-owned economy by advancing mixed-ownership reform, and enhancing cooperation between State-owned enterprises and private companies during the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25), officials said on Monday.
